She works hand-in-hand with clients to map out what the client wants to understand better and what methods they can use to do so, while ensuring that equity is integrated throughout the process.

Julia supports the design and deployment of modernized public health data infrastructure and analytics tools, such as dashboards and geospatial maps, that provide health departments with visibility into real time data to drive decision-making. She has extensive skills and experience in PowerBI and is passionate about leveraging data to drive equity.

Emily focuses on using creative qualitative research methods to meaningfully engage with communities and identify actionable insights to promote equitable health care access. She merges her public health background with her experience as a nurse in obstetrics, community health, and emergency services.
