Background

Based on the organizational value of radical collaboration, VillageReach provides technical assistance (TA) services and information to governments, private sector and implementing partners to integrate private transport into health supply chains. Through leveraging private sector capacity in both land and drone transport African governments can strengthen their supply chain and ensure products are available when and where they are needed. VillageReach offers TA to stakeholders interested in:

    1. Exploration & Set-up: With these services governments and partners will be ready to start implementation with cost competitive contract with 4PLs/3PLs/drone airlines and it has an understanding of resources and skills necessary for managing sustainable outsourced transport.
    2. Implementation: With these services governments have the tools, people and processes in place for successful implementation.
    3. Management: With these services governments have the skills and tools to manage the implementation of outsourced transport and consistently achieve performance targets.
    4. Verification: With these services governments understand and have in place the verification process, standard operating procedures and tools to independently implement outsourced transport sustainability and monitor its quality.
