Nilsa Mabunda is a biologist with over five years of experience advancing health systems. At VillageReach, she leads health workforce development for immunization in Mozambique through peer- and digital-learning, Human-Centered Design and implementation science. She also supports integrated laboratory sample transport in Angola, strengthening specimen referral systems and disease surveillance. Her work translates evidence and field insights into practical solutions that strengthen health service delivery. Nilsa holds a Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology.
