In collaboration with Columbia University, PATH, and Vital Wave Consulting, VillageReach supported the Federal Ministry of Health in Ethiopia to develop a roadmap and set of requirements for a national information system to support the work of community health workers in Ethiopia. The original technical design workshops were facilitated using the collaborative requirements development methodology (CRDM).

Led to a national set of requirements that can be used by the ministry to evaluate and design comprehensive solutions that meet the needs of the primary healthcare system.
