The Polio Lab Sample Transport Program aims to address GPEI Polio Eradication Strategy 2022-2026 Goal 2: Stop cVDPV transmission and prevent outbreaks in non-endemic countries (including on the African continent). Under the strategic objective on surveillance, there is a goal to increase speed of detection and precision of surveillance system. We are aiming to reduce the spread of polio by introducing innovations in sample tracking and transport.
