Goma, June 18 (Hibya) – The Ebola outbreak spreading in conflict-affected areas of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) has reached 837 cases and 196 deaths, while experts stress that effective communication with communities is the most critical step in controlling the outbreak.
