Micheline Mabiala Eleyi has served within the Ministry of Health, initially as a treating doctor, then health zone manager, and later on at several provincial health inspection departments, before becoming EPI Director (2007-2009). She also served as an administrator for UNICEF (2009-2012). Micheline also previously served as a member of the Provincial Polio Emergency Committee (COUP) in Haut Katanga.
