Joaquim is an Organizational and Social Development Practitioner who over the years has been involved in strategic and organisational development issues facing both government and non-governmental actors in Mozambique, particularly those engaged with community change and development, advocacy, and governance. Joaquim currently works with FDC, the Foundation for Community Development, as Director for Advocacy and Knowledge Management. He has a Master’s in Development Studies, Reflective Social Practice, London Metropolitan University (LMU); a BA in Development Studies, University of South Africa (UNISA) and a Diploma in International Relations and Diplomacy, Superior Institute for International Relations (ISRI).
