Helene Mambu-Ma-Disu currently serves as a member of the Executive Board for SANRU (a local organization), and as Vice-chair of the executive board of the General Reference Hospital of Sona Bata. She previously worked as EPI Director and worked for over 19 years at WHO as country representative in Rwanda, Mali and Cameroon. Following her retirement from WHO, she worked for Sabin Vaccine Institute, and was a key leading figure in advocating for sustainable financing of immunization by establishing the network of parliamentarians (REPACAV) and creation of laws to secure government financing of immunization.
