Carla Lutucuta

Carla leads technical implementation of VillageReach’s innovative transportation solutions using Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, including managing partners and sub-contractors, designing solutions, and ensuring high-quality operations. In her role, she oversees monitoring and evaluation activities. Prior to joining VillageReach, Carla worked as a Senior Program Officer and Provincial Operations Coordinator at FHI360 in Beira, Mozambique, where she led health care initiatives like HIV clinical assistance, tuberculosis testing for health personnel and assisting orphan children. She received her Bachelor of Science in accounting from Africa University in Zimbabwe and a Master of Business Administration from Catholic University.
