Compliance Counsel

VillageReach is a complex global non-profit organization that is entering an exciting developmental phase to reach 100 million people in Africa by the end of FY2026. As our Compliance Counsel – a new position at VillageReach – you will join the dynamic Enterprise Risk Management team in ensuring that our expanding reach, operations, and procedures comply with regulatory and funder requirements as well as internal policies. In this position, you will have a range of responsibilities, including evaluating all current and new compliance regulations, reviewing and strengthening company processes, and leading compliance-based training. This is an ideal opportunity for a lawyer with non-profit and global experience who is a creative problem solver, enjoys developing capacity in others, and is excited to help us increase access to quality health care for millions of people. This position can be remote from anywhere in the United States, slight preference for one of the following states where VillageReach is registered: WA, OR, CA, CO, TX, IL, KS, KY, MD NY, VA, or WA DC.
