Program Manager, Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC): VillageReach is looking for a qualified individual to fill the position of Program Manager for its DRC office. The position will requre frequent domestic travel. The Program Manager will lead the supply chain activities with the government and other technical partners. He/she will assist the Country Director with project oversight, coordination and reporting and be responsible for developing and updating strategic and operational planning and will ensure all projects and deployment plans are timely and efficiently executed. Research Assistant, Seattle, WA, USA: VillageReach invites qualified candidates to apply for the position of Research Assistant – Research, Evidence & Learning. Ideal candidates will be currently enrolled in a graduate-level program and interested in joining the VillageReach team for the Winter quarter – and potentially beyond – to apply their talents to furthering the mission of VillageReach. Research Assistants are paid staff and typically work part-time during graduate school working sessions. Sample projects that Research Assistants have worked on in the past include conducting a cost-effectiveness study for a maternal, newborn and child (MNCH) health program, conducting research on high impact MNCH programs and their potential application in Malawi, developing evaluation frameworks for specific VillageReach field programs, designing project training materials, and developing and supporting ongoing monitoring and evaluation. To help us with our goal, we are seeking an individual with exceptional writing abilities and a breadth of communications experience to join us in delivering world-class communications that engages and inspires. The Senior Associate, Communications will work with the broader Advocacy and Communications team to increase visibility of VillageReach, its programs and impact. Digital communications is a central focus for this position, in addition to managing integrated campaigns, media relations, the shaping of a conference strategy and occasional light design needs.
