M&E Specialist, Supply Chain Programs ( Malawi): VillageReach is searching for a qualified and energetic individual to fill the position of Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, Supply Chain Programs. Based in Lilongwe, the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will work closely with the Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor and Program Leads in coordinating monitoring and evaluation (M&E) efforts of key projects implemented by VillageReach in Malawi. This position will primarily support the USAID-funded Pharmacy Assistant (PA) training program and ONSE Health Activity, as well as a new mobile app project for vaccine cold chain and a “drones for health” or Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) project. Grants and Contracts Accountant (Seattle): VillageReach is seeking a Grants and Contracts Accountant to support the accounting function and be a liaison between the Finance and Accounting Group (FOG) and sponsored programs. Under the direction of the Controller and working with the Budget & Compliance Officer, the Grants and Contracts Accountant will assist with grant accounting functions through financial reporting, billing, and monitoring compliance with regulations and grant terms, as well as data trend analyses and forecasting. Independent Contractor – Monitoring and Evaluations Research Specialist (Cote d’Ivoire): VillageReach is searching for a qualified individual to fill the position of Monitoring, Evaluation and Research (MERS) Specialist for its Cote d’Ivoire Office. The MERS will be responsible for the design, development, implementation of the Country M&E strategy and frameworks, which include developing, performance-monitoring plans, systems monitoring and conducting evaluations and research. Working in collaboration with Côte d’Ivoire and Seattle-based staff, the MER will contribute to the development of VillageReach’s mHealth program which aims at leveraging mobile technology for improved health outcomes.
