Immunization Data Use Best Practices Consultant: Consultant will facilitate the multi-organization group in synthesizing the information collected on 7-9 instances of data review teams interventions for immunization supply chain systems strengthening, to draw out common components/themes and best practices. Consultant will carefully review each of the case studies (between 7-9 case studies, all collected using the same data collection template) to identify commonalities across the case studies which can be further synthesized during an in-person meeting into “best/promising practices”. Specific differences, unique to a certain case studies, will also be highlighted. Consultant will propose/draft a synthesis framework that provides rigor to the process of identifying these commonalities, including conducting a literature review of previous research into data use across health programs that may have used helpful/applicable methodologies. Research Assistants (2) (Seattle, WA): Research Assistants are paid staff based in the Seattle, WA headquarters and typically work part-time during graduate school working sessions. Research Assistants work closely with VillageReach program staff on a variety of activities to support the work of the Research, Evidence and Learning team. Sample projects that Research Assistants have worked on in the past include conducting a cost-effectiveness study for a maternal, newborn and child (MNCH) health program, conducting research on high impact MNCH programs and their potential application in Malawi, developing evaluation frameworks for specific VillageReach field programs, designing project training materials, and developing and supporting ongoing monitoring and evaluation. M-Vaccin Project Manager (Cote d’Ivoire): VillageReach is searching for a qualified individual to fill the position of Project Manager (PM) for the M-Vaccin project in Cote d’Ivoire. The position will be based in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, with frequent domestic travel. This position is for an initial period of 12 months with a possibility of extension dependent on funding and a good mutual fit. The PM will provide managerial, technical, and policy oversight and/or advice to ensure successful and timely completion of project activities.
