Program Specialist COVID-19 High Volume Site Operations, Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo: VillageReach is seeking a Program Specialist to serve as a lead operations advisor, providing assistance to site leadership to ensure high-quality project management, oversight, and advice, including mobilization of COVID-19 vaccine site staff to support government’s goal of high vaccination rates and ensure service is patient-centered in Kinshasa. This individual should have a strong background of field experience and technical expertise in the realm of clinical operations, or events management. S/he will oversee human resource development and training of all personnel working at the high volume site.  S/he will develop, promote, and implement policies, guidelines, and operating procedures to ensure on-site operations are respectful, safe, and successfully vaccinate large numbers of people each day.  S/he should be familiar with running clinical sites, and have experience in program implementation, logistics, and monitoring and evaluation. Provincial Coordinator, Nampula, Mozambique: In its efforts to provide quality health services to its citizens, the Government of Mozambique and USAID partnered with VillageReach to design and implement a streamlined, effective and integrated last mile supply chain system. The primary objective is to improve the availability of health products and vaccines at the last mile. The program began in Zambézia province covering two districts in October 2018. By March of 2020 the program will be delivering commodities in 10 provinces in Mozambique.  The Provincial Coordinator is responsible for providing technical guidance and leadership to project staff and partners (private sector, government and USAID) in the areas of supply chain performance management, data systems, and transition to government activities. Communications Specialist, Cote d’Ivoire: This role is an exciting opportunity for someone to help shape and develop the narrative around the operations of critical COVID-19 vaccination sites.
