JULIA DEVIN Julia is the Director of Programs at VillageReach. She has over twenty years of experience in international health, human rights and humanitarian law. Specializing in ensuring access to health care in times of war, and to populations most in need, Julia has worked with a variety of organizations such as Physicians for Human Rights, International Rescue Committee and Mercy Corps. Her work has brought her to humanitarian emergencies and conflicts in El Salvador, Guatemala, Palestine, the former Yugoslavia, Iraq, Ethiopia, Sudan, and Indonesia. Julia is committed to working with communities to help them create local, sustainable solutions to their most urgent health problems, and she values the use of data to inform and support effective solutions in global health initiatives. Julia received an MPH from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in 2004 and a law degree from the American University, Washington College of Law in 1985.
